Welcome to the Family Fun Events page! You will find lots of fun, family-friendly events on this page!  Most events will be FREE, but some events are benefits for local non-profits!  If you have an upcoming event for the calender, email me 2 weeks prior to the event and I will add it.

Sun. July 1
5th Annual Fireworks at the Crosses in Rogers.  A patriotic celebration featuring live music & outdoor baptisms. 6:30pm

Tues. July 3 - Wed. Aug. 1

Malco KIDS Summer Film Fest at the Fayetteville Razorback & Rogers Pinnacle Hills Cinemas. Proceeds will benefit various children's hospitals in the mid-south. Tuesdays & Wednesdays through Aug. 1. $2.00 per ticket. Showtime 10:00am.

Uptown Fayetteville Freedom Fireworks at the Northwest Arknsas Mall.  

Wed. July 4 - Sat. July 7
68th Annual Rodeo of the Ozarks at Parson's Stadium in Springdale.  Bring the entire family out to celebrate our nation's birthday and our western heritage.  Muttin' bustin' & sheep dressin" for the little ones(register now).  In concert after the rodeo on July 4th - Opening Night - will be Chris Cagle. 6:30pm

Wed. July 4
Rodeo of the Ozarks 4th of July Parade. Come to downtown Springdale early to pick your best view along historic Emma Avenue!  Floats, marching bands, clowns, queens and hundreds of horses will take part in these annual events – much to the enjoyment of all in attendance. The parades begin at the Rodeo grounds and continue west on Emma. 3:00pm

Bentonville Parks and Recreation presents Friday Flicks at Lawrence Plaza" Soul Surfer" 8:00pm  

Fri. July 6
Join the Rodeo of the Ozarks and the rest of the Western industry to help raise awareness and funds for the fight against breast cancer. July 6th has been designated as “Pink Night” at the 68th Annual Rodeo of the Ozarks. This will be the sixth year the Rodeo of the Ozarks has participated in this national campaign.

Sat. July 7

The first Bikes, Blues & BBQ rally was held in the year 2000 with just over 300 riders. Today, Bikes, Blues & BBQ is the largest motorcycle rally in the United States benefiting local charities. Last year, it was estimated that over 400,000 people attended the rally from all 50 states and many other countries.

Bentonville Christmas Parade is one of the largest daytime parades & hosts thousands of participants and brings over 10,000 people into downtown to celebrate the Christmas season. Come early and stay late for the live music, food and festivities surrounding the event.  The 2012 theme for the Christmas Parade is holiday songs. Participants from the area compete for the best float and best walking area. 1:00pm

Sat. Dec. 1
Light Up Siloam involves a fun Christmas parade which ends with the official lighting of the holiday lights in downtown Siloam Springs!  5:30pm-8:30pm (479)534-4556
