My name is Pam and I am a school teacher and mother of 3 children. My husband Tim and I have been married for 15 years. 

I created this website in Oct. 2006 because I noticed that there was a huge need to have all of this information in one place and easily accessible for busy families in Northwest Arkansas.  

At first I created this website as a service to the community and soon realized that it could be a service to kid-friendly businesses too, by offering advertising opportunities to help them get more exposure.  

In Jan. 2008, I started a blog to annouce family-friendly special events in NWA.  You can also follow us on facebook and twitter.

My goal is for www.nwakidsguide.com to become the #1 online resource guide for busy families to everything for kids in Northwest Arkansas.
